Quality Prewired Alarm Products
We use only top quality products, all approved by the standards set by the Private Security Authority. All equipment is up to the appropriate grade and class as set out by them.
Our Hkc Securewave Control Panel and keypad was brought out in 2010 and has
the option of the text and voice message dialler add on and can also be connected to any monitoring station in Ireland. It can be set up to meet almost every requirment for the average home. The system can be divided into
10 zones, e.g. zone 1 front door, zone 2 front window, zone 3 patio door, zone 4 motion sensor, zone 5 upstairs front window. etc.
It also can cater to wireless devices so it can deal with hybrid situations when
part of the home is wired and part is not. When an alarm occurs the system can inform the user when and on which zone it happened.
 Securewave control panel / keypad
We use Honeywell magnetic contacts and Aritech shock sensors. Magnetic contacts inform the user at the keypad when a window or door is left open anywhere in the home. Shock sensors trigger the alarm when vibration is applied by an intruder to a window or door where they are situated. Shocks and contacts available in brown or white.

We use Honeywell passive infrared detectors. This device picks up body heat and is usually situated in the hallway of your home as a back up to the perimeter protection. Usually we recommend a 2nd motion sensor in the lounge area if possible which costs 30 euro extra inc. VAT.

We use the Honeywell AG6 burglar alarm siren outside of your home. The external siren comes equiped with a strobe light that flashes when the alarm goes off. The AG6 also has a permanent red light which is clearly visible at night. The internal siren is usually situated in your hallway or in the main control panel.

For monitoring we use the HKC text message dialler or
a GSM dialler. These
can be programmed to send text messages to several mobile phones when the alarm goes off.

We may also install a panic button in your master bedroom if you are prewired for one although this costs 20 euro inc vat extra.
